nice picture. The bottom of the signal has a metal plate over the plastic housing to keep the signal from snapping off the pole in high winds.

Those single point attachments are no-no's for plastic traffic signals.

its a DuraSig model, made by Eagle. 3rd generation of the DuraSig, and it has 12 inch diameter lenses.
