I have seen on some Sundays when the police control the traffic signal at the intersection by the Church at the neighborhood area where I live.

rjluna-Yeah the nickname for that switch panel on the front of the cabinet doors is "Police Panel" Its a quick way for the Police to gain control of the intersection without having to open the cabinet and mess with the controls

GullWhiz- Too late! Wink The button only advances the Pedestrian signals and the green lights. Yellow change and All-Red Clearance lights are pre-set and must be on a specific time.

i read the comments. don't get the joke. I don't follow lights closely outside traffic signal systems so if its inside joke about the light in the picture, i don't get it.

The pic..the photographer (Devonte) was so close to the fixture he could touch it.

I told him don't touch it!

Vince said "if Devonte touches it....YOU will press the button!"

And Joe was like "you already touched it?! NOOOO" and showed an animated picture of a bomb blowing up JUST because Devonte touched the fixture"

Who blew up the bomb? You with that button Razz Shocked

Not really a light related joke...just generally a "drama show joke" relating to "can reach the light but don't touch it or this guy will blow up the world" type of joke.....get it?
