It doesn't look like its looking down at ya.....the "face" is looking straight to the other side of the road But cool shot! I don't know if this has to be LED.....LEDs as far as I know do not have this "screen style" unless it was one of those behind the fiberoptics style refractors with few LEDs in the back spreading light.....Here's a helpful tip on how to know if it is LED or not....when it flashes "Don't Walk" check if it is flashing fast or slowly flashing with filament glowing a bit...
LOL i guess its not staring at me..im staring at it!!! ..those "screens" are Called Louvers on the Roadway Signal Heads...not sure if that applies to pedestrian signals too since they arent quite the same design...this one in particular might be Incandescent...i didnt pay any Particular attention to this one...however the one across the street..the Green Walking man is Faded on the upper half,where an Incandescent like glow shines through,so ill be sure to update these when i confirm this....it was low Enough to open...but i'd rather not Tamper with it.
