Look at this Canadian oldie!
What an amazing find! A late 40s / early 50s art deco halfpiper! All the wiring inside is original, and in pretty good condition considering its age! The few pigtails connections needed are made with ceramic wirenuts. Remember, it's from an era in which plastic wirenuts were still expensive!

Very nice! I know of some old fluorescent lumes left here too, but unfortunately they have all been converted to T12 RS or T8 IS.

SWEET find!!!!! Good to hear that there are still such oldies native to Canada! Yeah some of my old fluorescent lights came with ceramic wirenuts also.

Hmm. My light was from the era of tar/tape conenctions. Laughing It's amazing how nice this looks after all these years plus the extreme amount of craftsmenship put into older fluorescent lights.
