vandal proof wall fixture with a 13w red CFL inside
This I have never seen before. Also I have no idea what it does. Plus it's near a walk-in refrigerator, and there's a switch on the bottom (not pictured) to turn on the fixture.
I think I've seen something similar at Costco, I think they're turned on if their's a employee in the walk-in freezer to indicate to the forklift drivers that someone's inside.
