Yup, they didn't say no, but I can't jump inside the dumpster and grab the stuff like I used to do. I can only remove ballasts from appliances that aren't in the dumpsters, but now they made sure everything went right in the dumpster so I couldn't take anything...

The recycling centre thing is pretty much dead now... Even fluorescent tubes have been stored away.

These are the ballasts I prefer the most. I found most of those in old stoves. Unfortunately it's been forbidden for everyone to grab stuff from the scap metal at the recycling centre. I'll try to BUY the ballasts, it may work.
