Wow, different construction sign compare what we have.

This one has red flashing light compare to amber flashing lights here.

This one has "arrow" than slant.

rjluna2: The red color of the lens of these LED flashers in this construction sign you see is a problem of the auto white balance of my camera. They are orange (Both lens and the lighting LEDs). Some are strobes, some are flashes, and the reason why they are not operated when i took this picture is because they gets the power from an electrical batteries which is completely discharged in this case.
