A traffic lights system with a number in Kiriat Ata The Ministry of Transport of Israel decided that the traffic lights systems in Israel will be numbered. There are few cities in Israel that their traffic lights systems have a number, but Haifa traffic lights weren't numbered yet. I don't know what the purpose of the numbering.
