@joe im not sure,this is the only one that was Bent to this extreme,maybe they damaged it before installing it and didn't have another one to put up or just said ehhhh it lights the road and left it.

or MAYBE VINCE did it!

Maybe Storm damage like what Icefoglights (Or Robert) said there was.

Everyone knows that only sea dwelling birds can damage streetlights like that.

they must have flown up...very fat gull caused this damage.

Or a low flying UFO. I can't begin to speculate what would cause this!

Apparently the OVZ makes a good floodlight as well as the OVX.

it may be the same as this! in some cases when accident happens, they fall..boom arm bumps to the road so hard it bends the arm or whatever but doesn't affect the pole....sometimes back up it goes!

I think storm. In Galveston, they have quite a few trusses like this because of Hurricane Bill. There have been entire Poles missing as well. The ones affected are on Broadway Blvd, and Seawall Dr. Some steel poles have been replaced with CONCRETE poles.
