GE F40T17
A GE T17 lamp. 5-feet long, 40 watts
Instant start only (i believe the pins are internally shorted)
For testing, I fired it up using a F32T8 electronic ballast (wired for what would be overdrive..if it was a T8) & kinda made it fit between s normal medium bi-pin lampholders LOL

Cool. There are two identical 2X F90T17 preheat lights in my family. Both came from Narragansett Electric, the former electric company here. My great-grandfather was a janitor there. He gave my grandpa (his son) and my other great-grandparents (his son's wife's parents) about a dozen fluoescents altogether. My great-aunt now owns my great-grandparent's house and said i can have any fluorescent lights i want as long as i replace it with another light. She doesn't like fluorescent lights becuase they're to "tricky" to maintain lol. I don't know what she means by that at all either. Laughing
