A remote control unit for lights (actually sold for xmas lights, but will work with any type)
I use this for the 2 lights on poles in the yard ( this one ) and this one )
The 'box' on the left is the controller unit, actually meant for outdoor use...but I keep a bucket over it just to reduce wear & tear. The 'remote' on the left hangs inside by a window
