Yep early/mid 2000s Cooper Gumball...although the arm is older around 50s or so

Yeah really odd arm mounting to me, anyways the light probably dates to the mid 90s when Toronto replaced the old incandescent gumballs with these MH ones. The pole is a bit older though as you can tell from the square transformer and the cross arm setup.

I was more talking about the age of the pole.
