Here's a shot of some FCO fixtures along a section of Yonge street in Rincmond Hill, Ontario. Most of the fixtures in the shot are Mcgraw Edison Unidor 150s but there are some other fixtures also in the pic. The linked pics are large (5mb+) pics direct from the camera.

Here in Western Canada I have never seen Mcgraw Edison Unidors used by BC Hydro on wooden poles,just city or highways dept. owned on Davit poles.

in Tyler FCO Fixtures are not that common except on newer signal and metal light poles.

Sounds like the ones on newer signals and metal poles are the State of Texas lights while others are electric company or city owned
