Spotted this abandoned thing recently. It was used to light some stairs but I guess they forgot about it and judging by how old it is, probably for a while, since Toronto got rid of their incandescent in the 90s.
It was a LM Spherolite Jr but the lamp and optics are long gone, it's disconnected and there's no PC on the pole so it might have been group switched.
