Twistpak Conversion
This pole used to hold a Powerlite Twistpak but they removed it and capped the top of the pole, installed a short arm and installed a 115. I'm guessing the Twistpak had a bad ballast but they were still made back in 2011 when this conversion occurred.

I do like seeing a 115 as a path light. Kind of rare in my area of west side of Toronto cities.

Yeah even here, small shoeboxes seemed to have been more common. Usually FCO around here instead of the Cooper UCD and similar looking fixtures though.
