These seem to have been quite popular as security lights in Canada. I remember seeing several while driving across Alberta.

The streetview for the street that's it's on, Heritage Rd isn't available on Google but here's an aerial pic of the farm buildings. The crimefighter is on the leftmost building with the opened door.

Edit: you'll have to rotate the camera a couple times to see it.

I have seen a pole at a boat / RV shop in Corona, CA that have 4 Crimefighters on it, all MV a couple pretty green.

Gallery of Lights

GE Crimefighter

Here's a GE M-250 Crimefighter cobrahead mounted on a farm building, I haven't seen it at night so I don't know what light source it uses or if it works or not.
