Thanks, at first it did look like a carpool lot but looking at it there is no parking and a shelter with the GO symbol has been put up, I went by it at night too, it sure is bright
Well I didn't really got to see much of it and seeing that it's next to a freeway I guessed it was for a carpool lot. Wonder why they need so many lights.
