Nice! I love C7 and C7 Christmas lights. I put up our Christmas lights today too, though we use mini-lites. Since it was nice and warm I went all-out lol.
Looks nice! I love the C7 lights! They make me feel warm when I see them outside in a bush or something. I have LED icicle lights and my trees lights are Incandescent C7 minis.
I don't like LED Christmas lights. They have that 60Hz flicker to them and the white leds don't have the same color and warmth as incandescent clear lamps.
I am repairing two raindeer frames laced with m5 incandescents... These are a super cheap variety with bulbs that out a whole strip due to faulty socket connections. I have had success, and am hoping to isolate some kind of electrical path break probing with a multimeter. It's tedious, and a puzzle, but somewhat rewarding to me
^^Bing? pffft. one of those Micro$oft things I blocked & would never use... But LOL that your lights ended up on the pic.

I use a combination of LED and normal incandescents. Personally I love the bright vibrant colors of LED, and the fact the color doesn't fade I also like the cool-white color. (plus the 'cold' look is very suiting for winter - especially with stuff like icicle lights...)
Oh and I love the very minimal power use its great for those who put up thousands of lights...
I also have multiple strings of C9's, but haven't used them in years.
@rjluna2: Yep I use use Google Maps (used to use MapQuest til they did one of their "upgrades"(downgrades in reality . lol) and it no longer worked right). I have anything microsoft blocked in my router (and all google's advertising(ie:spy) servers too)
I'm actually getting to the point when I simply won't be able to to do the large-ish displays anymore
@rjluna2: Oh google downgraded maps ... that probably explains why it doesn't work at all now (atleast not on my main computer)
(actually hasn't worked for a few weeks.)
Guess I'm gonna have to find a different one to use.
@xmaslightguy: Let me know if you have found a better map browser that you uses
@Mike: I take that you are using the enhanced Google Maps viewer. I have IE9 and it is exhibiting Google Maps lite version which it doesn't use the url link for this site.
@rjluna2:
The only ones I know of are:
Bing Maps: (never used .. anything 'bing' like anything else 'microsoft' 'live.com' 'msn' / etc went right to my blocked list .lol. )
Google Maps: (was good .. untill that last "downgrade" )
MapQuest: (tried it again last night .. either doesn't work(on my old/main computer) or is so painfully sllloooww that its not worth it - I gave up after a few minutes of waiting)
Yahoo Maps: (never tried)

By the way, thanks. That is all I can do at my age on these days
