Another Mercury Vapor M-400

Yep. This one isn't really that dim, but it definetly has dimmed a bit since it was last relamped. There are three lights on this little access road to the nursing home my grandpa is at (he was having trouble walking and getting around the house). The nursing home is about a mile-and-a-half from my house. The first light is a 250W HPS M-250R2. This is the second, a 400W MV at that. The third used to be a 400W HPS M-400R2, but it suddenly died (was jsut relamped after cycling for two years) so i think the ignitor crapped out. Now there's a 400W HPS M-400 on the arm. All three arms are 8' tapered ellipticals.
