Westie with a Browned Out Refractor Here's what most of the westie OV-15s looked like. The PC looks kinda old too though i don't think this area was part of Narragansett Electric (it is owned by NGrid now though) so i can't really say when this was last serviced, though the PC looks similar to the 1988 sunswitch supplied with my OV-10 so this was probably last serviced no later than the late 80s and probably has a very dimmed out merc in there...
