The ONLY Surviving Wood Pole Light
This is the one and only suriviving light on a wood pole. The other wood poles were taken out. there's one more wood pole on the other side of the fence that is still up because it needs to hold up the triplex going to this light even though the triplex isn't live. I'm guessing soon enough they'll remove this one too. This light isn't worth saving anyways. There's half a dozen bullet holes in it and it probably fills up with water when it rains.

This is Rocky Point Park, an amusement park that went bankruppt and closed in January 1996. In around 2012, the state opened a bike path along the outskirts of the park, which is where I was when taking these pics. This light was just victim to vandalism between 1996 and 2012. The lot was fenced off but fenced off poorly and wasn't occupied so prowlers were all around lol. I wish they would have kept it closed for another 15 years so I could have snuck in there and gotten some lights but too late now.
