Found this pic online from 2001, before RIDOT replaced all the NGrid-owned M-250R2s on truss and tapered eliptical poles with individual PCs with new RIDOT owned Cooper OVFs controlled via relay. They also replaced the guardrail with a jersey barrier, replaced the overhead signage, and resurfaced the road at that time. Here's a streetview of what it looks like today in this exact spot.
