I remember that these had ITT Series 25s in the 80s before the M250R2s went up. I remember seeing a few of these double guys with OV20s. Rhode Island also had Form 400 Power Packs somewhere on a freeway in the early 80s which I remember seeing with my grandpa.

I'm guessing the ITTs were mercs? There were a few L-150s on this bridge too.
