Nice little light. There's one like it lighting the back porch of my place. Except it's CFL.

I actually had 2 of those same ones on my house, though i always disliked them, so now there is a 100W MH in place and a 50W HPS wallpack instead.

This particular fixture is a memory laner for me since tons of apartments had or even still have these in my neighborhood.

I also had 2 of these fixtures mounted on the sides of my house, One was badly damaged and was replaced with a motion detector light and then the current light, a 35W HPS wallpack. The other one which was in better condition remained longer but was finally replaced with another motion detector light.

We have one of these on our back porch, I plan on replacing it with a 500 watt halogen flood Cool

dude....I thought you liked HID.....install a MV instead of 500 watt halogen....save more money that way per lumans! Wink

I do, but up front cost is an issue too, plus I'm not paying for it, if it was me it would be a 400 or 1000 watt HPS flood Shocked

We used to have one of these on the side entrance but it broken before we moved in so it was replaced by a coach lantern style light which was then replaced by a double par motion detector light, finally the double par was replaced by a 35w HPS tallpack.

The back porch used to have a 500w halogen flood but it was replaced by a 100w MV porch light early last year.

I use a 70w PMH light for my back yard and a foolish motion detector that we never use

I have a couple of those double par motion detectors lying around in the garage.
