Canadian Westinghouse H33-1-GL/C Lifeguard WeatherDuty 400W mercury lamp
I got this lamp with my OV-20, and it was probably the original lamp to the fixture! It has moderately high hours but still starts on a 175W mercury ballast. Looking from the clear top, only the area around the electrodes seems blackened, the rest still being translucent (or only whitened). I still need a ballast to test it at full brightness though.

That lamp was made in Trois-Rivières, Québec by the way!

UPDATE 08/21/2011: I tested this lamp on a 250W HPS ballast (with the ignitor removed) and this lamp is still bright and doesn't seem to be greened out! It cast a nice yellowish light by the time I turned it off. It warmed up a little too fast to feel safe so I quickly cut power.
