Light Liftin' (or should I say heavy lifting!)
|
Inspired by Jace's OV-20 picture. Pretty heavy too lol. Not sure of the exact weight but the pole is around 5 pounds and the cobraheads are probably 20-25 pounds each.
Both M-250R1s are NOS. The Left one is the 175W MV November 1974 one. I stuck a M-250R2 plastic lens in it to keep the weight even (i store it with a shallow GE glass). The one on the right is my HPS Chicago GE M-250CF from May 1981. And there's me in the middle looking as sharp as ever lol.
Imagine if I tried this with the two M-400A2s? No way lol. Looking back, I should have kept the cords on these and had them lit during the pic. BTW, this is a ~4ft leftover section of 1-1/4" EMT from my bedroom light pole project this past summer. I plan to use this as the mast arm for the new light pole I plan to put outback to replace the wimpy one I have out there now. That is if I can find a pipe bender. I wonder if a muffler bender can put a 90-degree bend in this?

@ Model25FanForever; just make sure you don't drop the weights!
Wake/funeral? Oh no! Did a family member pass away?
I'm about 5' 11" I think...
