Potential Craigslist Score? (07/28/2017)

This guy has three NOS 150W HPS AE 113s, six "220V power supplies" (Hubbell high bay ballast housings actually...), three GE 150W HPS lamps, and a "bag of miscellaneous hardware" all for sale as a lot for $250 or best offer. I'm going to try to make an offer of $100 for the three street lights and lamps and see where that gets me.
