@Niall yeah I thought it was odd too, I looked around the store and could only find (aside from household and fluorescent fixtures) some Cooper 400w MH highbays for sale.
I went back and it turns out those highbays weren't for sale and the guy said if they were they would have sold them for 200 and the lamp is worth 70 alone.
I picked up a LED exit sign with emergency lights and a 70w CMH PAR while I was there though.

Maybe the lamp was made with ultraclear glass and gold plated connectors.
