Truss arms on wooden poles are RARE in California! For my area we do have a few truss arms used for TEMPORARY installations as well as some double guy arms used as temporary installations...but we also have truss arms on wooden poles permanently in BGE everywhere in MD we also have a few truss arms permanently installed in Delmarva Power and Allegheny power in MD

On what freeway is this?

I remember a few years ago, there were double guys on wooden poles on a section of San Diego
Freeway in Culver City undergoing reconstruction.

Yup seen a few temporary truss arms on CA freeways.
