Eagle MARC300 and Eagle EPIC140 Controllers
These two controllers don't fit in the cabinet so they sit outside it. The top controller is an Eagle MARC300. It is an on-street master unit which is capable of coordinating up to 32 seperate intersections. It is interconnected via RS232 serial port to the controller in the cabinet. The bottom controller is an Eagle EPIC140. It has not operated properly since 2005. It uses a very different structure to program then the EPACs.

Shocked That would really coordinate closely traffic signal intersection of multiple place such as wider triangle intersection.

These coordinate intersections down a line. To create a wave of green lights for example

How much does one of those cost new? I would think quite a bit.

gailgrove-- Both controllers were cut from Eagle's product line in the last 3 years or so, but they are about $3,500 bought new from Eagle's many distributors and shops. The controller I have running inside the cabinet (shown here: EPAC-M50) is the newest one made today by Eagle. I was lucky to get that from a contact I have down in Georgia. Had one lying in the shop on the test bench and let it go for $300 (versus the original price of $4,000) Normally you don't see something so new for sale unless its extreme surplus.
