Stanpro BRN series Powr/Bracket fixture
At the time I took the photo, the unit had a MH lamp in it and wasn't working. I guess the lamp was simply burnt out, because another fixture fed by the same duplex wire was still working.

Note the way the fixture is connected LOL. Exposed connectors, which are Ideal, I recognize them 'cause I work with those at school ;-). They also use a screw-in insulator, instead of the usual porcelain insulator found on houses. Nothing wrong with that, but I prefer the latter.
