And speaking of "Heinz 57" streetlights, there are about FIVE different versions of this particular light. 320W PSMH, 400W PSMH, 400W MH, 400W MV, and 400W HPS all in the same area as this one.
Nice! PSMH cobraheads are rather uncommon, especially the 320W ones. I have a 320W PSMH M-400A2 but it was converted from 400W HPS while in use. I have one of these M-400s in 400w HPS, 120V. A genuine National Grid light. From 2009 but the paint is as good as new. Only the shine on top is beginning to fade. Pretty well made light too as far as modern lights are made. The M-250R2s GE's been pumping out the past 20 years have been pretty mediocre. These 1997-present M-400s are pretty solid in comparison.
It's PSMH as well. I think vertical might mean it uses ceramic arc tube lamps (quartz PSMH and ceramic PSMH are interchangeable though). Some fixtures come with both horizontal and vertical NEMA tags.
