i hope they work! they don't look that used. the wiring down there is a real rats nest like Andy had guessed. a lot of spider webs on this light and the possibly-WWII light. hopefully i don't find anything inside any of the lights. there were a few earwigs in the light i got from them on before.
This reminds me of the old fluorescent streetlight found near a beach near my place. Thankfully it's still there, but mounted on a fresh pole. Still uses a steel arm though.
However, I don't think It was assembled this way, as the bulbs looked like they were stacked in the vertical position
Cool! Yeah this one is an indoor fixture but i think a 2ft fluorescent street light would be cool. Is it still in service? Can you post a pic of it? (Go to "create/ order my albums" at the top [it's a gray box below "Hey, curtdjdj, you have X messages, X are new" and the date]. Then once you've created an album, go to "UPLOAD FILE" located on the yellow tab above "Hey, curtdjdj, you have X messages, X are new" and the date.)
BTW, do yuo see the lamp etch? looks like an inside etch!
