General Electric Standard Compact Fluorescent Bulb
Here I found this at Shallowford True Value hardware store at Marietta, Ga the oldest CFL I bought.  There is a date stamp on the base of the bulb saying 95-07 twice.  This beast is heavy with real glass outer envelope with double folded U bent bulb inside probably powered by real magentic ballast.

Yep, looks exactly like mine but I'll have to check to see if there's a date stamp and what year it is.
