Old 115 back to unpainted!
I used some paint removal and took a while!

But here it is back and unpainted. but...

The NEMA tag ripped off in the process.

How does this look? I didn't get the paint off the inside because it would be a hassle with all the bumps and screw holes. But I took all the paint that would be visible with it closed off. Used so much water and the paint removal! Glas the paint removal worked though!

That's better!! Very Happy Man what a pain eh to paint it twice then strip the paint off afterwards.

Yeah. Because I got that new 115 I decided to take the paint off.

I wonder about the NEMA tag though.. I might have to make one myself unless someone had one I can use.

I prolly would of kept this painted if I never got that other 115.

Yeah probably easier to make your own NEMA tag.

Yeah. the other one was kind of getting weary anyway. It had paint on it and it was ripped.

But Yeah, I think it looks good. there might be small bits of paint in it but at least it looks good.Looks clean too.

One thing about non painted fixtures - they will still be shiny after 30+ years Very Happy
