Federal Signal Corp. Twin Sonic. As per California regulations at that time, this lightbar had a steady forward red light and flashing amber light in the righthand section. Also, the small white skyward light was used to identify squads at night from the air. The siren speaker was mounted in the second section of the lightbar.
