The plastic Cooper refractor leaves an uneven distibution of light with HPS. Lots of dark spots and the light is very focused.

Don't have a plastic Cooper refractor so I wouldn't Know. The glass refractor leaves a nice distribution though.

Other than the removing the Westinghouse logo, I don't think cooper changed any of the glass refractors' design for their lights

Well my glass refractor is made by Holophane, On the edge of the refractor is says "Holophane" on it.

I'm guessing the glass is the same as the one in my R47 too, it's also a Holophane.

Maybe. I am not even sure if Cooper makes glass refractors anymore.

I don't think they ever did, pretty much all refractors for all lights ever made are/where made by Holophane Wink
@ Joseph yep they have the same footprint but the Powerlite one is deeper and heaver.

All glass lenses are made by Holophane. My OV10, OV25, and M-400 are all holophane glass
