My new M-400 A1 FCO! This light is seen in that "Pile-of-Light" Picture, I will show you the light in a bit. This one does not have the original power door, but the power door is still old. Just to wonder.. Was the first M-400 A2 power doors have the Bronze-shiny NEMA tags for HPS? As you see in this picture it has that. But I know for sure the power door is newer.. I think... 250 watts High Pressure Sodium. Not bad. It fires up just fine, and is nice. Was pretty dirty. This is after I cleaned it though. Anyway here is this exact light when it was still at the yard. And that picture was taken BEFORE the snow. xD So the ballast sure did get some wetness. xD But it is dry now and the ballast works just fine. Keywords: American_Streetlights

There is an M-400 A1 FCO laying on the side of the road on Hampton Avenue in Denver... I WANT to snag it so bad, but I also don't want to get in trouble again. I at least took the photocell... xD

Ehh stealing is stealing but I have to admit if it was in a secluded area i would have probably taken the photocell as well. The lamp too if it looks like it works and appears older or i already have a fixture for it. The only M-400A FCOs here are in parking lots. I have yet to see a MV version of the M-400A FCO. I have seen MV M-400As and split doors (well i own one so i would be worried if i had never seen one. Laughing )

I've yet to see a MV M-400A FCO too. They're quite rare here too, I only know of one road here with a lot of them and a few lighting some freeway offramps.

That's actually a later version. The earlier ones had the socket mounted street side.
