Cooper OVH Side view.
I think these OVH's look pretty good. I remember when I first joined Lighting-Galery.net I didn't know the model name and called these "Mystery Fixtures" xDD

Like I said these OVH's dominated Lakewood. When I go on Wadsworth Boulevard (Colorado Highway 121) Between US 6 and US 285, all the lights lighting the road ARE OVH's, only with some couple mixed in.

I wonder why they did this huge OVH Changeout in Lakewood... They did the changeout on the major roads.

ehhh can't you put something behind the fixture that won't show in the picture? And away from that stain? Did you know that if you do it in more professional manner, you get more people looking at it and commenting than posting a quick snap shoot picture....

I remember Dave D. used to use totally white background to post lightbulbs because the white background attracted more attention and had more professional look...

if you want more attractive pictures...avoid stains, avoid anything that could obstruct the pics like a blue top...youll be better off using a toilet paper hidden...and not showing at all...or using a clean one color blanket and put that same box on the floor but cover the whole floor with a nice clean one color blanket and then put streetlight on top of it.....

Try making pictures like this one which Vince posted notice how many comments that picture got Shocked

Also notice the top rated pictures has less distraction around the object, the subject.....more cleaner pics.....

When I take pictures of my stuff I pick a place to put it to take GOOD pics of it....I clean up the surrounding stuff, sometime I put a colored paper or a one color blanket or some kind of simple background texture and have a picture of it....looking professional and attractive to look at.....

They become more NOTICEABLE, and when noticeable, you are more likely to get compliments and comments and ratings....you complain to me that you don't get enough comments (more like you implied it) well take my advices Wink

Another thing to add...crop more often too...like that disgusting piece of stain..it should have been cropped off..but that blue thing just shows lack of work and careless-ness on how pictures look...Try to make better perspective....this is a GALLERY page..and GALLERY is supposed to be filled with GOOD pictures......or at least you try!
