Yeah, it's in pretty bad shape...these lights are pretty rare in my area too. I think the Powerlite brackets and Powr-Brackets are more common here.

Here's a Douglas Power-Pak bracket fixture that's a little tattered. The lamp, refractor, and the ballast door is missing.
