Still have that cardboard thing around that photocell I see. Mine came with that too but I took it off afterward.

My NOS 1973 GE M-400 came with a red plastic PC recep cover on it. When I bought the light, I actually thought there was no PC recep and it was just a hole cover. I was happy to find a PC recep under the cover thoguh. I kept the red cover and always store the light with the PC recep cover on.
