Traffic Signal with Induction light.

Here is a whole view of the signal across the street with an induction light on it. I think this is a fairly new setup, I dunno who maintains the lights. I know the City of Boulder does the traffic SIGNALS but I dunno if they do the lights as well or if Xcel does it.
