LilCinnamon, Thanks but it's not my house lol. I still live at home. But I try to keep my room looking nice and clean. I ordered the luminaire from Graybar. That's where I always order my cobraheads and NEMA heads. I bought the G.E. lamp at graybar too.
And Hmm I see, my local graybar only has AE fixtures in their warehouse, but I think I would be able to order any fixture from GE or AE that they don't have and have it delivered to my house... Sadly I don't really have the MONEY though.
Ok Ian . I'm slowly learning everyones names on GoL. So far I know you and Mike. And I always go on G.E. or AEL's website and set up the part number for the luminaire myself and then bring it in to them and they order it. I always talk to the same customer service representative when I go there. And when the light gets there I just go pick it up. I've ordered Sun-Tech and DTL photocontrols there before too.
Everything is so expensive though. I dunno how I got lucky to get a 150 watt 115 FCO for only 70 dollars. xD TOTAL. It was that cheap, they had it on sale, and I dunno why, I was lucky I had the money at the time, so that's how I got my brand new never used 115. xD If I get money I might order from graybar more often. But I don't have ways of making money. Not yet.
I just ordered a 35 watt HPS 115 from Graybar that im gonna install in our back yard on the utility pole that the guy from LCEC gave me. It was like $110 dollars. But thats not a bad price since I ordered it to include a lamp and a photocontrol. If you go on the 115 catalog page, you can specify LC in the part number which means lamp included, and PC which means photocontrol included per voltage specified. Oh and the one I ordered is FCO.
I think it's cheaper to buy straight from the stock they have there. I asked for a 150 watt HPS 115 before and they said it was like 105 dollars or something like that, before I got the one I had on sale.
Does your Local graybar have lights in their warehouse?
I think they said no when I asked them a long time ago. The only kind of lights they stock are like the Lithonia barn lights, floodlights and wallpacks.
The Graybar I go to has AE fixtures in their warehouse, like 115's and 125's. But not very many. Last time I was there they still had a 250 watt 125 and a 250 watt 115. 115 was cheaper of course.
Im pretty sure they don't stock any cobraheads. But if I wanted one they could probably do a stock transfer. They did that for my 201SA's. They transfered them from a different Graybar.
