General Electric Shorting Cap
Here is a G.E. shorting cap. The contact blades on this are a different metal than what photocontrol and shorting cap blades usually are. Usually they are gold color but the blades on this are silver.

The contacts on here are aluminum whereas normally they're brass. Some of the late 80s Fisher Pierce PCs used copper blades which are REALLY cool!

The blades on the ALR PC's at Lowes are copper too.
