Alright folks this is the line that i was talking about. My dad awhile back told me that this type of line was going to concrete and metal polls but in real life when you get up close to one the wire is cut off at the end.. o.o
That is a "Guy Wire". They are used to anchor the pole back usually on Dead End poles or on corners or also where the poles and lines change sides if the street.
