Interesting how they didn't repalce the visors though... Both of them disappeared with Irene last year and they were incandescent as of this past August... BTW, in case anyone is wondering, the lights after the 12-12-12 signals are a 250W HPS M-400A2 then a newer M-400 or M-400A, also 250W HPS. This is formerly Blackstone Valley Electric territory, but is now owned by NGrid as well. They bought out the parent companies to BVE (Western Utilities) and Narragansett Electric (New England Electric System or NEES for short).
Mass Electric was NEES owned and the utility for Brockton where David F. is from was Western Utilities owned (so both are also NGrid now).
