I spy a Philips blacklight lamp...looks 80s judging by the etch design and black endcaps.

Actually it's a March 1990 lamp according to the date code! Plus the black end caps on Philips lamps went as far as I believe 1992-1995, they slowly were phased out by each lamp types, so the BLB may have been one of the later ones. I have a Philips 1992 cool white F15T8 lamp with black end caps
