Man I wish there were places like this around here. Any place abandoned around here is full of druggies and homeless people who will rob you and beat you if you go inside.
Yeah most of the stuff here is wood. Once the roof gets leaky the building is toast in 10 years or less. The Rocky Point Shore Dinner Hall in Warwick had gaping holes in the roof and there were small trees growing through the building! Would've loved to save some of the 400W MV floods on the front of the building. Most had old BT37 cleartop lamps in them. The building's gone now, of course. It was way too far gone. Too bad the park sat in ruin for years because if they had kept up with it the buildings would have been in much better shape.
