Not the power door so ballast is not in the picture, the wiring is very messy, nothing sophisticated, just a cheaply made fixture, chinese maybe, some knockoff cobrahead, anyone have any ideas?

Also has a weird connector inside I have no cluue what it is, for the power door there isn't even a special disconnect, for some reason I think that's what it is, this fixture definitely needs some new wiring work, and I plan to try to custom it myself, I may even get a new ballast for it.
