M-250 R1 LIT!
Here it is lit at full brightness.

I went by what Jace said. I got a three prong dryer cord, I put both hot prongs on both of the terminals. And the middle on the middle section of the terminal board, and connected a wire to the middle. And it lights nicely! 8D

I am glad the ballast still works. It works like a charm!

And you can tell by the background you see the dryer. xD I wish I could light this in the room I usually stay in.

Nice. Glad it still works. Smile We use 120v HPS here but most of our mercs are 240v from what Joe Maurath told me, so if I get any mercs they'll be confided to my laundry room. Sad

Nice, if I got any 240v lights, I'd either have to change the ballast or get a transformer for it my dryer and range outlets are only a few inches off the ground so they're blocked off.

My dryer outlet is above the dryer and slightly to the right of the dryer. I would most liekly get a transformer because I don't want to have to stay in teh laundry/light room.

I might add a PC socket.. But I would need the PC socket. xD Or I could just use a cover. I dunno.

Go for the PC socket. If you need one 1000 bulbs sells them really cheap.
LilCinnamon   [Oct 30, 2011 at 03:46 AM]
Probably not the old GE sockets.

As long as you have the metal ring used to clamp the socket, the intermatic ones they sell will fit.
